1. I have undergone a medical examination by doctors while participating in the competition, and there are no health restrictions regarding my participation in the competition.
2. At the same time, by signing this agreement, I confirm and declare that I am aware of the possible negative consequences or contraindications for my health during my participation in the competition, and I am responsible for my personal safety and health.
3 In the event of an accident or injury, I will not make any claims against the organizer and its representatives representing the competition. If any of the above-mentioned circumstances occur, I will inform the organizers. I have read all the rules and accept these rules.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable. I am sure that I will participate in the competition
5. I accept and confirm that the organizer is not responsible for my lost belongings
6. During the preparation of the competition, the organizer reserves the right to change (decrease and increase) prizes depending on the number of participants and other reasons.
Eligibility Criteria
1. After registration, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify an athlete from the race if there is reasonable doubt that the athlete will be able to complete the chosen distance safely and adequately.
2. If an athlete is disqualified from the race, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
